Yoga Instructor
The 150 Hour Yoga Instructor Training program provided by NIYAN  aims to develop a strong and lasting foundation for all the students who have recently begun their journey as an aspiring yogi. The program develops the skills of its students for a deeper self-practice and prepares them for attaining an advanced level of yoga practice and knowledge. A person who is passionate about learning the art forms of Yoga and desires to become a learned yoga teacher is eligible to apply for this program. Whether a student is at beginner level or is merely looking to refurbish his/her yogic skills, the curriculum of NIYAN  is the perfect way to go.

Yoga Teacher Training Level-1
The 250 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program is designed for the intermediate level of yogis who have successfully completed their certification in 150 Hour Yoga Instructor and want to further their knowledge and practice of yoga. The syllabus of this yoga program is meant to provide an enhanced level of teaching and practice for preaching yoga to an advanced class of aspiring yogis. This program also helps develop exceptional spiritual and physical practice in those who want to indulge in intense self-practice of Yoga.

Yoga Teacher Training Level-2
The curriculum of 350 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program provided at NIYAS is a combination of 150 Hour Yoga Instructor and 250 Hour Yoga TTC. This program provides the aspiring yogis with the complete knowledge; integration and practice of yoga and further prepares them for becoming accomplished yoga teachers. 350 Hour Yoga TTC is ideal for both beginners as well as the intermediate level of Yoga aspirants.
